USA Shipping Update

We are excited to announce that we are recommencing orders to the US. 

• Duties & Taxes – Orders shipping to the U.S. may incur duties, taxes, and tariffs set by U.S. Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns & Exchanges – Duties, taxes and tariff fees will be applied if you wish to exchange your order.
• Refused Shipments – If you refuse/reject the shipment at customs, a $40 AUD return fee will be deducted from the refund amount of your order.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched between 3-5 business days with Australia post, your tracking number will be sent to you once this has been processed.

*Please note that during public holidays or launch and sale periods, processing and delivery times may be longer. For launch collections and sales, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch due to high-order volumes. 

Domestic shipping

Standard shipping $8.50 (5-7 business days)

Express shipping $12.00 (3-5 business days)

 Free shipping for orders over $150

International Shipping

DHL express $35 (5-7 business days)

 Free shipping for orders over $300

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. The customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees payable upon delivery.

Returns policy

Items purchased at Vang Athletica are eligible for exchange or credit within 14 days of delivery, provided all items are unworn and in their original condition. 

When requesting an exchange the item must be in stock

We do not offer refunds on change of mind 

Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return of any item bought with us and we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using tracked delivery.

Sale items are not eligible for returns, store credit or exchanges.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us at info@vangathletica.com to request a return slip. Once we receive the returned items at our head office, we’ll arrange a full refund or exchange.
